Effective September 30, 2025, Doric has fully transferred the business segments Real Estate and Renewable Energy to the “Quadoro” subsidiaries, which have been responsible for these areas for several years.

Doric itself will continue to focus on professional asset management and the contractual divestment of its existing transportation portfolio.

Doric’s longstanding business relationships with leading aviation manufacturers and airlines worldwide continue to be a key success factor in its transportation activities. Since 2005 Doric has structured the acquisition of numerous aircraft and engine transactions for international investors, with a total volume in excess of USD 7 billion. 

This portfolio is actively managed by us – from acquisition up until a successful remarketing.
