The construction project, which is scheduled for completion by November 2022, is located in Järvenpää, one of Finland's fastest growing cities, and is part of the Helsinki metropolitan area. The seller is the construction company YIT Finland Ltd.

The office building will be constructed according to the LEED Gold standard and will comprise a flexible lettable area of around 6,600 m² distributed over seven above-ground floors and a basement. In addition, the property will have more than 100 parking spaces in a neighbouring parking garage. The directly adjacent pedestrian zone and the nearby "Prisma" shopping centre offer an excellent infrastructure. The proximity to the railway station and airport ensures optimal transport connections. The main tenants of the property will be the City of Järvenpää and the regional cooperative bank.
