Information regarding COVID-19
Updated 7 April 2021

The continued lockdown due to the sharp increase in the number of infections due to the COVID-19 pandemic is severely affecting economic and social activities in Germany and other European countries.

To date, the Doric Group has been able to fully maintain its business operations due in part to the pandemic plan that was immediately put into effect at the beginning of the crisis. Our operations are not tied to any particular location and can be adapted flexibly as required. Hygiene measures in the workplace and general measures such as social distancing, which reduce the risk of infection and spread, continue to be implemented. We have limited business travel to what is absolutely necessary. Most of our employees can work on a decentralized basis. We are also continuing to support our employees e.g. due to the restricted operation of day care facilities and schools.

In addition, Doric provides COVID-19 self-tests as part of its duty of care. Employees required to be in the office must perform a self-test at home twice a week prior to going into the office.

The impact of the pandemic on the investments in real assets offered by Doric will depend on further macroeconomic developments.
